Terms of payment and cancellation 

Payment terms

Depending on the service booked, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the service booked or a minimum of $95 per room booked must be paid within two weeks of receipt of the invoice.

Please refer to your individual invoice for full details including bank details, payment link and the exact amount of deposit required.

The booking contract is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The deposit is payable either by bank transfer or by credit card via the online link. 

The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card via the online link.

For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately and must be paid by bank transfer or credit card via the online link.

The total amount shown on the invoice must be credited to us without deduction of any bank or other payment charges. 

If Makoa-Farm Ltd receives the invoice amount less bank charges, we will claim these on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable.

No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

There will also be no refund of any invoice amount that is paid in full prior to the required due date.

Makoa-Farm Ltd recommends that you take out cancellation insurance.
